During my internship at "Roofer," a company specializing in vandal-resistant school furniture, I gained valuable experience. Here, I had the opportunity not only to shadow but also actively participate in the design process. My time at "Roofer" involved designing various pieces of furniture that met the stringent requirements of durability and functionality typical of their products. It was an enlightening experience where I not only understood the intricacies of designing for specific audiences but also how design can contribute to a safe and inspiring learning environment in schools.
